Patent attorney Elaine Spector has over two decades of experience in IP law, with her current practice focused mainly on prosecuting patent applications for electromechanical innovations. Spector is a board member at Change the Conversation (formerly No More Stolen Childhoods), a non-profit organisation that engages communities in the prevention of and healing from child sexual abuse. She is frequently involved in ADAPT (Advancing Diversity Across Patent Teams) initiatives.
