Amanda Brouillette is often at the forefront of high-stakes patent disputes involving some of the world’s most sophisticated technologies. 

As a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, she has built a multi-forum patent litigation practice spanning proceedings before the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, and major US district courts including the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, Delaware, Virginia, New York, and California, as well as the US Supreme Court.

Brouillette’s practice covers cutting-edge technologies including Wi-Fi and cellular communications, cryptography, data encryption, software, video processing, OLED technology, digital transmission systems, and mechanical engineering. 

She has secured significant strategic victories for clients including Lenovo, Cisco, Vantiva, Ring Container, and YKK, demonstrating skill in trial strategy, expert challenges, complex motion practice, and cross-jurisdictional litigation management.

Beyond her legal practice, Brouillette is committed to pro bono advocacy, representing asylum seekers and supporting survivors of domestic violence through her leadership with Georgia’s Partnership Against Domestic Violence. 

She is co-community champion for Kilpatrick’s Atlanta Community Network, which coordinates volunteer events for attorneys and staff.
