Steve Garland has more than 20 years' experience in intellectual property litigation, Steven Garland has where he represented a range of clients in the chemical, biotechnological, telephony and mechanical industries. He has appeared as a counsel before the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
