Jeremy Want has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property litigation and is a partner at Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh. He has successfully represented clients in cases involving all areas of IP in the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Want has experience with preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, and he has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the mechanical and chemical fields.
