Guido Zerbi is Director of Patents at Murgitroyd, heading the Milan office and overseeing operations in Geneva. With 17 years of in-house experience, he provides comprehensive IP support across patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, and confidentiality matters. Guido works closely with R&D teams to build strong patent portfolios that protect innovations throughout product development. He advises on due diligence, IP portfolio acquisitions, dispute resolution, and litigation support. Specialising in Computer Implemented Inventions (CII), Guido manages patent and trade mark filings across Italy, Europe, and internationally. An active speaker and educator, he regularly presents at conferences, seminars, and university courses.
