Michael Forrester, Partner and Head of Litigation, leads the Manchester office. He is a commercial IP specialist with deep experience in trade mark, design, patent, copyright and passing off disputes for clients across many sectors - including Spectrum Brands (Russell Hobbs, Remington, George Foreman), Iconix (Umbro) and Everton FC. His work includes major disputes for Spectrum Brands, Lululemon and Perfect Moment, as well as IP commercialisation projects such as the Planeta Junior Milo assignment. Michael is heavily involved in high value design and copyright litigation and is a key pillar of the firm’s disputes offering.
