Duane Morris pinches two partners from Philadelphia firm
Duane Morris LLP has snapped up two IP litigation partners from Philadelphia boutique Woodcock Washburn LLP.
David Wolfsohn and Aleksander Goranin have joined the IP litigation practice group at the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Wolfsohn (pictured below, left) has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in patent, copyright, unfair competition cases in jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations.
Goranin (pictured below), formerly the chair of Woodcock Washburn’s litigation practice litigates patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret cases involving software, life sciences and manufacturing technologies.
After graduating from law school at the University of Virginia, Goranin previously served as a law clerk to then-Chief Judge Edward Becker of the Third Circuit.
Wolfsohn earned his JD in 1988 from the University of Chicago Law School and worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter Stapleton of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
