Katie Goulding leads the cross-specialism IP team for Range Rover. Since joining JLR in November 2023, she has also advised on the Jaguar rebrand, was part of the team for the rebirth of Freelander under licence, and continues as caretaker for the JLR Corporate Identity.
She is widely recognised as a straight-talking, pragmatic practitioner who excels at cutting through corporate complexity to enable business objectives.

In May 2026, she shared her insights at the EU Intellectual Property Office’s Sixth IP Case Conference on the topic of ‘Use It or lose It: Mastering proof of use in EU trademarks’.
