EUIPO appeal board hands Team USA an early Olympic win
The Fourth Board of Appeal at the EUIPO recently handed the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) a win in its battle to have the word mark “TEAM USA” (the “mark”) registered, opening the door to other teams looking to commercialise their name.
