US-based law firm DBL Law has recruited Carole Ney as head of its IP department.
Ney will be based in the Cincinnati office.
Before joining the firm, she worked for 13 years as senior counsel with The Proctor & Gamble Company.
She specialises in trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance. In addition, she assists with paralegal trademark training programmes and advises marketing departments on IP issues.
