- Pattishall McAuliffe represented healthcare company Lincare in a complaint alleging trademark and service mark infringement against Doxo, a company that runs an all-in-one bill pay service. Doxo’s motion for summary judgment was denied in February 2024.
- Jessica Ekhoff filed a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition on behalf of Aston Martin against Zhongshan Jianghehui Technology, which had applied to register the mark ‘Aston Rock’. The mark has since been abandoned following an inter partes decision.
