- Mango Technologies: Dismissal of trade secrets suit
In September 2024, the team secured a dismissal for productivity software leader Mango Technologies, d/b/a ClickUp, in a trade secret litigation in which Nifty Technologies alleged several claims including trade secret theft and unfair competition.
Cooley’s team on the case included Adam Gershenson (Boston), Summer Wynn (San Diego / Santa Monica), Reuben Chen (Palo Alto), Lowell Mead (Palo Alto), Hanna Evensen (Boston), and Andy Zachrich (San Francisco).
