Since founding the boutique firm Pearce IP in 2017 with “a laptop and a newborn baby”, Naomi Pearce has deliberately cultivated a workplace that challenges industry norms. 

Her firm boasts remarkable diversity statistics: 85% female staff, 75% female leadership, 23% from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and 8% with disabilities.

 At present, Pearce IP is the only leading IP firm in Australia and New Zealand with a female founder and certified as ‘Women Owned’.
