Yizhou (Joe) Liu serves as secretary general of Watson & Band’s management board, and specialises in IP rights and commercial dispute resolution. His career highlights include helping a prominent Italian luxury brand gain recognition as a well-known trademark in China for the first time, and handling trademark infringement cases for Uniqlo.
Partner Liming Zhang is another key member of the trademark team, and he has handled numerous landmark cases that have been singled out by legal authorities as exemplary. His leadership roles include serving as vice president of the Shanghai Trademark and Brand Association.
