  • Trademark infringement and unfair competition case

A Tahota team, led by Wang Shiying and Liao Huaixue, represented a well-known nutrition and health product company in South Korea. An investigation revealed that a grocery store in Shandong had sold products that infringed the client’s trademark rights, and scratched the traceability codes of the products to make them unidentifiable.

The court of second instance found that the grocery store’s behaviour amounted to unfair competition.
