Lusheng’s team is composed of experienced litigators, IP strategists, and multilingual professionals, many with international training and backgrounds in science and technology.

Landy Jiang, assumed the role of Managing Partner at Lusheng Law Firm in 2024, overseeing the firm’s overall business and development operations, while also serving as Global Co-Head of Dispute Resolution, focusing on intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution. Additionally, Jiang’s practice encompasses a wide range of intellectual property matters, including issues related to overseas investment and mergers and acquisitions, overseas IP portfolio management, and Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) matters.
