Team overview:
JunHe’s team includes former senior judges, legal scholars, dispute resolution specialists and trademark attorneys. Its dispute resolution team consists of more than 120 lawyers, including more than 50 partners.
Based in the Beijing office, Chumeng (Jessica) Xu has handled thousands of IP cases and particularly specialises in complex trademark matters. She has assisted clients in obtaining recognition of well-known marks including ‘BMW’, ‘Jeep’, ‘Buick’ and ‘Mary Kay’. A former deputy director of the Trademark Division at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, Xu has contributed to many publications on trademark law and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
