• Cross-border litigation for home furnishing and building materials company

The Haiwen team secured a favourable settlement for a leading home furnishing and building materials company in a series of cross-border litigations. A Korean theme park operating company filed two lawsuits regarding trademark infringement and franchise contract disputes.

On behalf of the client, Haiwen applied for the suspension of the trial in the trademark case, and filed counterclaims in the franchise contract dispute, resulting in a favourable settlement being reached.
