• Pigeon: Supreme People’s Court victory in patent infringement dispute

In 2024, PCA won the second instance of a patent infringement dispute on behalf of Japanese maternity and baby brand Pigeon.

At the first instance, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court ordered two defendants to compensate Pigeon for economic losses and expenses. The defendants appealed, which the Supreme People’s Court rejected to uphold the original judgment.
