• Efficient Power Conversion: Patent validation victory

Lifang & Partners secured a favourable decision from the Beijing IP Court for client Efficient Power Conversion (EPC). Innoscience (Suzhou) Technology had challenged EPC’s patent titled ‘Compensated Gate Misfet and Method for Fabricating the Same’.

The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) rejected the challenge in 2024, prompting Innoscience to appeal. Following a judicial review, the Beijing IP Court reaffirmed the validity of the patent.
