Overview:

Beijing-based Scott Palmer has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on IP law, with deep knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious trademark matters in China. Palmer spent over six years at Perkins Coie before joining Loeb & Loeb in November 2024, and is known for assisting clients with expanding and managing their IP portfolios both in the US and China.
