Team overview:

The China team is led by Ningling Wang who brings over two decades of IP experience. Based in Shanghai, Wang’s experience is focused on patent prosecution, litigation, opinions, due diligence, licensing and trade secret work in areas such as chemicals, medical devices, semiconductors and nanotechnology. She has widespread experience working with both Chinese and multinational companies offering strategic counsel on patent-related matters. Widely recognised by several patent and research forums, Wang has been identified as a leading lawyer for patent litigation.

Wang is supported by Lin (Celine) Ming, an associate in Finnegan’s Shanghai patent team. Ming’s expertise covers the preparation and prosecution of patents across technologies such as display devices, medical devices, telecommunications, autonomous driving, speech recognition, and artificial intelligence. She has handled over 300 patent applications and has assisted on matters related to infringement, invalidation, freedom-to-operate searches and patent mining. Her expertise, track record and language skills have earned her respect and trust across the industry.
