Womble Carlyle adds partner in Silicon Valley

Bach joins from law firm Nixon Peabody, where he also worked as a partner.

He focuses his practice on IP portfolios, transactions and litigation.

His clients include companies in the semiconductor, software, hardware, chip testing and debugging,  and automotive industries.

Mike Gencarella, managing partner at the firm, said: “IP is a critical core practice for Womble Carlyle, and we are pleased to add Joseph to our team. He will strengthen an already strong practice and help us provide outstanding service to our clients.”
