WilmerHale elevates IP litigator to partner
Law firm WilmerHale has announced that Joshua Stern has been elevated to partner, effective January 1.
Stern has worked as a senior associate at the firm since 2011. He is currently based in the Washington, DC office.
Specialising in IP litigation, Stern has represented clients in US district courts, the US International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
He has worked on cases involving a variety of technologies, including microprocessors, data storage, mobile phone software and pharmaceuticals.
Before joining WilmerHale, Stern was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
