Companies including TripAdvisor, Twitter, Pinterest and Virgin America have been sued for allegedly infringing patents directed to data storage technology.

Autumn Cloud is seeking a declaration that it is the rightful owner of the patents and that the named defendants have infringed them.
It is also seeking damages and attorneys’ fees.
