IP law firm Rouse has appointed Luke Minford as its new chief executive.
The UK country manager at the firm, who will take up his new role on May 1, joined Rouse in 1997. His experience covers protecting and enforcing IP in China and the UK, including supervising regional protection programmes and managing coalitions of brand owners.
