US law firm Lathrop & Gage has made a double promotion in its intellectual property team.
Amy Brozenic (pictured below) and Tim Sendek (pictured below), from the firm’s Overland Park (Kansas) and Chicago offices respectively, have been promoted to partner.
Brozenic focuses on copyright and trademark law and advises clients on all areas of managing trademark portfolios.
Sendek focuses on patent, trademark and copyright defence litigation. He also has prosecuted patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Lathrop & Gage has more than 320 attorneys in 11 offices across the US.
