Goldberg Segalla appoints new IP practice chair

Goldberg Segalla has appointed Chandran Iyer as chair of its IP practice group.

The registered patent attorney joins from Sughrue Mion in Washington, DC, where he served as a partner since 2007.

Iyer has litigation experience in industries including electrical and mechanical technologies, pharmaceutical products and IT software.

He handles patent litigation and prosecution, and also helps global corporations and innovators obtain, enforce, monetise and license patent portfolios.
