David Walsh

Profile:

David is a UK and European Patent Attorney specialising in the fields of polymers, pharmaceuticals, catalysis, process technology, sealing technology and industrial biotechnology. David has a PhD in surface chemistry from UCL.

He advises multinationals, SMEs and university spin offs and is currently responsible for the patent portfolio management of several national and multinational companies.

David has extensive experience in handling patent oppositions and taking oral proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO) and he frequently advises clients on patent infringement clearance (FTO) for new products.
