Sarica joined Coca-Cola in 2019, initially acting as general counsel and local ethics officer for the Türkiye region. Her career progressed into a regional role as intellectual property (IP) Counsel for Europe, where she managed the global brand portfolio and strategy for the company’s nutrition category across complex jurisdictions.
