Spotify turns down the volume on Eminem copyright claims

District court sides with Spotify finding Eminiem’s publisher intentionally allowed copyright infringement to boost claims against streaming service | Court criticised the publisher for using infringement strategy to inflate damages instead of genuinely protecting rights.
