Cohen has guided high-profile US trademark enforcement matters, led strategic litigation, and contributed to the firm’s national growth and reputation. New York-based partner Donna Tobin has nearly 40 years of experience in trademark litigation and prosecution, with a focus on emerging areas such as AI and cannabis. She previously served on the USPTO Trademark Public Advisory Committee and contributes to global trademark publications.
