- Blackhawk Paving v Black Eagle Paving
Ice Miller handled a trademark infringement enforcement action for client Blackhawk Paving. Alice Kelly and Allison Lifton were the key team members.
The case is Blackhawk Paving Inc v Black Eagle Paving Inc (ND of Illinois), 1:24-cv-03013.
- Ulta-Lit Tree: Trade dress infringement
The team represented plaintiff Ulta-Lit in a trade dress infringement case in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
The case alleged infringement of Jack-Post’s trade dress. It was settled to the client’s satisfaction after a consent judgment was entered, permanently enjoining the defendants and all those in concert from manufacturing, distributing and selling an infringing product.
