Tensegrity Law Group
Firm overview:
Since its launch in 2011 by former Weil Gotshal & Manges partners and associates, Tensegrity Law Group is as a focused, trial-driven patent litigation boutique. In 2025, the firm remained highly active across all stages of patent disputes, from pre-suit strategy and enforcement through to jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations in key patent venues across the US.
The firm’s strength is in patent enforcement and monetisation matters, where it regularly represents patent owners in muliti-million dollar disputes involving sophisticated technologies. Such as the jury trial victory the firm presented 10x Genomics and Prognosys with lost profits awarded due to infringement. Its trial team is frequently praised for its ability to present technically complex cases in a compelling manner, and for maintaining an impressive record of success before juries, judges and arbitration panels.
Alongside contentious work, Tensegrity continues to provide patent portfolio assessment and mining services. Offered on a fixed-fee basis, these services are often deployed as a strategic precursor to litigation, enabling clients to evaluate the strength, scope and commercial potential of their patent assets before pursuing enforcement or monetisation strategies. This integrated approach has remained a key draw for clients in 2025 seeking cost-certainty and trial-ready insight.
