Wiggin
Firm overview:
Specialising in media, entertainment, tech and IP, Wiggin employs an integrated “360-degree approach” to the trademark lifecycle. The firm handles everything from global brand strategy, clearance, and portfolio management to complex commercialisation and multi-jurisdictional enforcement. Wiggin is highly active at the registry level, currently managing over 500 active trademark disputes, and frequently litigating at the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.
A peer notes that Wiggin’s practitioners are “all excellent” and that dealing with them on the other side of a dispute is generally more amicable than with other firms. Client feedback echoes the sentiment that the team is “a pleasure to work”.

John Colbourn, Joanne Gibbs, Michael Browne, and Eva De Pauw are highlighted by a peer from a referring US law firm, who says they do “excellent work, with top-notch legal analysis as well as practical guidance”.
