  • Wickwar Wessex Pub Company: Trademark registrations

Wickwar Wessex Pub Company operates a chain of pubs in the South West of the UK. Greaves Brewster advises the company on the maintenance of its trademark portfolio.

The work has included successfully applying for amendment of five UK registered trademarks at the UKIPO, to update the trademarks used on the pump clips in Wickwar Wessex’s pubs, to change the references to the old owner’s name.
