Aleksandra Penkowska is a partner at SK+, having joined the firm in March 2023 and been promoted in early 2024.
She specialises in complex litigation, representing both Polish and international clients in disputes involving trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights.
She also provides strategic advice on IP protection, including drafting and negotiating licensing agreements.

She is involved in international legal networks and holds several prominent positions, including being a member of the AIPPI Standing Committee on trade secrets and the D&I Bureau Advisory Committee.
She is also the director of the UIA-IROL (the UIA Institute for the Rule of Law) Protection of Lawyers and Human Rights section. Penkowska has contributed to several AIPPI study questions: her recent contributions include topics on prior art in design law, trade secrets in civil litigation, and unjustified IP infringement allegations.
