Some of his notable achievements include representing a Chinese automobile company in winning a trademark and anti-unfair competition lawsuit in the Zhejiang Higher People’s Court, and acting for an Italian luxury goods company to win a trademark suit in the Dalian Intermediate People’s Court, which ruled that the defendant should immediately stop infringing its marks and pay RMB 1 million in damages and expenses.
