WIPR survey: Overreaction in ‘stupid patent’ lawsuit

WIPR readers have overwhelmingly said that a lawyer overreacted when he sued the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) for writing an allegedly “defamatory” blog post about a patent owned by his client.
