Grant & Eisenhofer launches IP litigation practice
Litigation law firm Grant & Eisenhofer has launched an IP litigation practice, led by a former Reed Smith partner.
Delaware-based trial lawyer and chemist Eric Evain joins the firm as a director. He previously served as a partner with Reed Smith and an attorney at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz.
Evain focuses his practice on litigating patent, trademark and trade secrets cases.
He has represented manufacturers in chemical-related IP disputes involving pharmaceuticals, petroleum and polymers.
Stuart Grant and Jay Eisenhofer, Grant & Eisenhofer’s co-managing directors, said: “Over the past decade we’ve selectively taken on cases involving IP and trade secrets, and felt the time was right to create a dedicated IP capability to complement our existing work on behalf of investors and consumers.”
