Spencer Fane merges with Berenbaum Weinshienk
US-based law firm Spencer Fane has merged with Berenbaum Weinshienk.
The combined firm will be known as Spencer Fane and its practice will focus on intellectual property, corporate and environmental law.
Robert Becker and Michael Broms join the firm’s IP practice as of counsel and associate, respectively.
They have experience in patents, trademarks and copyright, and have represented clients in the technology industry.
