Ropes & Gray appoints 20 new partners, two in IP
US-based law firm Ropes & Gray has appointed 20 new partners, including two in IP.
The law firm announced yesterday (November 3) the promotion of Kevin Post and Paul Schoenhard, both of whom specialise in patent-related IP matters.
Post is based at the New York office of the firm, having joined as an associate in 2005. He has experience representing technology companies and has litigated for companies in the telecommunications, computer software and biotechnology industries.
Schoenhard is based at the Washington, DC office. He has litigated for companies in patent disputes in the high-tech, consumer electronics and semiconductor industries. As well as practicing law at Ropes & Gray, he also teaches at the American University Washington College of Law.
