Powell Gilbert promotes patent litigator to partnership

Powell Gilbert has promoted a member of its IP team to partner in London.

Siddharth Kusumaker, who joined the firm in as an associate 2012, has a primary focus on patent litigation and advises clients across the technology, biotechnology, and medical devices fields.

He has previously represented clients in high-profile cases, the most notable of which was Warner Lambert v Actavis in the Supreme Court.

Penny Gilbert, a partner at Powell Gilbert said she was pleased to welcome Kusumaker to partnership.
