Perkins Coie promotes two to partner

Law firm Perkins Coie has elected Kourtney Mueller Merrill and Autumn Nero to partner in the firm’s patent litigation and intellectual property practices.

They work in the firm’s Denver and Madison offices respectively.

Merrill (pictured below, left) has experience in patent infringement litigation and inter partes review claims and has represented clients in the software and telecommunications industries.

Nero’s (pictured below, right) experience includes patent, copyright, and trade secrets actions. Her clients are in the consumer products, telecommunications and entertainment sectors.
