Patent litigator joins Faegre Drinker in New York
Faegre Drinker has confirmed that Danielle Rosenthal has joined the firm as counsel in its IP practice group in New York.
Rosenthal, who joins from Robins Kaplan, will focus on patent litigation matters.
During her career, she has represented numerous Fortune 100 companies, as in-house patent litigation counsel at a Fortune 100 company and as a former law clerk at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
“Danielle’s wealth of experience handling complex patent issues—both in-house and in private practice—will be highly valuable to clients and their most technical challenges,” IP practice group leader Jim Steffen said in a statement.
Rosenthal has been extensively involved in all aspects of patent litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, before various federal district courts, and in appeals to the Federal Circuit and the US Supreme Court.
She has litigated patents in a variety of technical areas, including mobile phone operating systems and software, natural language processing technology, online content management, battery components, medical devices and financial services.
