Olswang bags European IP litigation team

European law firm Olswang LLP has recruited an IP litigation team for its recently established IP practice in Munich, the firm announced in August.

The team will be led by Uli Foerstl, the founding partner of Wallinger Ricker Schlotter Foerstl. He will be joined by Friederike Manz, a specialist IP, copyright and trademark lawyer.

Foerstl will join Olswang as partner and is discussing his departure with his current partners. Manz will join Olswang on or before November 1.

Olswang's office opened in response to client requests for a permanent firm presence near the European Patent Office.
