Montgomery McCracken adds IP of counsel
Montgomery McCracken has added Richard Moss as of counsel to its IP department.
Moss’s practice focuses on US and foreign patent prosecution in the electrical, mechanical, computer software, and medical device fields.
He has represented clients in litigation and post-grant proceedings in the US. Moss also advises on transactions involving IP assets, including licensing and corporate due diligence matters.
At Montgomery, Moss will work in the firm’s Philadelphia and Berwyn (Pennsylvania) offices.
Alfred Zaher, chair of the firm’s IP department, said: “We’re a stronger department with Rich, and we will draw upon his significant IP experience to better serve our client base.”
