Mischon acquires Asian brand management firm
Mischon de Reya (MDR) has continued the expansion of its Asian presence and brand management business with the acquisition of Click Licensing Asia.
Philippines-based Click offers brand management services in eight Asian markets, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia.
MDR Brand Management last month announced it was opening three new Indian offices, two years after it first launched in the country. The business now has 25 locations, including a Singapore office opened earlier this year.
“Alongside the newly opened offices in India, this acquisition successfully completes phase one of our expansion strategy and enables us to deliver the most expansive brand management platform across the whole of Asia,” said Daniel Avener, CEO of MDR Brand Management.
“We are delighted to welcome the Click team to the MDR family, bringing an incredible range and breadth of experience across different brands and diverse geographical and sector knowledge,” Avener added.
