Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP has announced the appointment of a new partner to its Washington, DC office.
Joshua Pond joins from Fish & Richardson and focuses on patent litigation, counselling clients on developing and acquiring existing patents. He has negotiated licenses, challenged the validity of patents and prosecuted patents before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
He is a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association Standing Committee on the International Trade Commission.
