Hogan Lovells adds partner in Amsterdam office
Samantha Brinkhuis has joined Hogan Lovells as new partner in its IP, media and technology practice in Amsterdam.
Brinkhuis joins from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where she served as a senior associate since 2009 in both the Amsterdam and New York offices.
Her wide-ranging practice focuses primarily on trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. She has also advised clients on trade secrets, IP transactions, licensing and wider IP strategy.
Burkhart Goebel, head of the IP practice at Hogan Lovells, said that Brinkhuis would be a “strong addition” to the firm. “Her reputation in the market is outstanding and her cross-sector experience is a great asset,” he added.
